In the production of rubber metal products, we use precise co-forming processes to vulcanize the elastomer directly into the non-elastomeric carrier. This process gives a chemical bond far superior to that used by simply glueing elastomer to the non-elastomer carrier.

The bonding process includes elastomer-based adhesives that adhere simultaneously to both the carrier and the elastomer during the vulcanization process. This process contributes to the removal of traces of air and contamination, as well as ensuring a significantly more robust connection.
